Admissions

Welcome to our school website. I am very proud to share with you the mission and vision of our wonderful school.

At Saint Joseph’s CVA, our motto is: Inspire each other – Grow together!

We are extremely proud of our Saint Joseph’s family, and together our vision is to ensure that every child reaches their full potential and leaves us ready for the next stage of their life.

We are driven by ensuring that our children experience a broad and balanced curriculum that is knowledge rich, engaging and exciting. We are determined to ensure that all of our children have high aspirations for the future.

We set high standards for our team of dedicated staff, and for our children, and we believe that hard work is the key to success. We encourage our pupils to aim high and do their very best at all times.

We believe that education is a partnership between home and school. By working in partnership with our children and their families, we strive to ensure that outcomes are the best that they can possibly be. The achievement of our pupils is at the heart of everything we do.

We offer a wide range of curricular and extra-curricular activities, to enhance the life opportunities for all of our pupils, and we enjoy playing an active part in our local community.

We are very proud to be part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust, and together we lead by the example of our namesake, a martyr who risked all for his faith, seeking to do the Lord’s will “today rather than tomorrow”. Everything we do is set within the foundation of the Gospel values.

If you have any questions about Saint Joseph’s CVA or you would like to come and see us hard at work in our fantastic school, please contact me.

St Joseph’s Catholic Voluntary Academy is under the Trusteeship of the Diocese of Nottingham and belong to the Nottingham Diocesan family of schools. They are founded by and are part of the Catholic Church and seek at all times to be a witness to Jesus Christ. Religious Education and worship are in accordance with the teachings and doctrines of the Catholic Church.
